Kamal has been at the Alex hospital since 2002 and is the lead Consultant for Paediatric Intensive and High Dependency Care. He trained in the North Thames London Deanery, and was a Senior Registrar in Paediatric Dermatologyand Paediatric Intensive Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Kamal is passionate about holistic care especially for the very sick child. He is an enthusiastic APLS & PALS instructor, has written over 50 paediatric clinical guidelines and is a foundation and paediatric trainee educational supervisor.
He also studied Medical Homeopathy and Acupuncture at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital between 1999 & 2006.
