The choice is yours! You can attend our face-to-face sessions which take place in our well-equipped teaching rooms at our libraries at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton and at the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath.
Or you can join our online sessions from the comfort of your home or workplace.
Sessions tailored to your profession
We can tailor our sessions to suit the needs of professional groups and teams, for example managers, nurses, doctors, health professionals or administrative staff.
