During Covid, the IT teams across all sites supplied over 1,200 Laptops, PC’s, Phones and nearly 1,000 headphones and accessories.
This enabled departments, like HR, payroll and the patient booking service, to continue their service from remote and home locations.
We expanded our internet provision to five times its normal capacity to enable over 1,800 staff to work from home.
The introduction of Teams and technology to allow patient video consultations has forever changed the way we work.
It was a fantastic team effort that has really strengthened the team morale.
