My story is not big or life changing, but to me it was a very kind gesture.
It was in December, a freezing cold morning and my car was iced up.
I stared to scrape the car windscreen at 6am, but my next door neighbour said not to do that and to get in the car to stay warm.
He then defrosted my car so I could come into work at Worthing Hospital – it made me cry.
It was such a kind thing to do.
