NHS70 – Tuesday 3rd July: Testing our brains in NHS70 Celebration Week

Volunteers play a hugely important part in the life of the Trust, and we’re so grateful for everything that they do.

Today, to mark the NHS70 Birthday celebrations, volunteers David Climpson and Phil Thompson set up a tricky quiz to test staff and patients’ knowledge of the NHS through the years.

If you didn’t get a chance to take part either at the Princess Royal Hospital or Royal Sussex County Hospital site, why not take the quiz yourself, just for fun?  Simply follow this link and see how you do!

Colleagues in IT and Telecoms (which includes our switchboard team) held a Bake Sale this morning, raising money for the BSUH Charity. Delicious bakes raised a grand total of £70 for the Charity, and gave our colleagues the chance to release their inner Pure Leiths and Paul Hollywoods!

Jam syringes really set this cake apart…

Thank You David, Phil and all of our Star Bakers!
