Document supply is a key part of our service: our links with national health, academic and specialist libraries enable us to source a huge range of books, journal articles, research papers and primary research to suit your specific information needs.
To ensure we continue to achieve our targets we audit the service on a regular basis. Our latest audit took place in May and shows that we performed well against our key performance indicators:
*100% of article requests were processed the same working day but some book requests took slightly longer.
Thanks to our Enquiry Services team for all their hard work in keeping the service going during difficult times and thanks to all the other library services who cheerfully and promptly supply us with everything from popular textbooks to obscure journal articles.
