Who can join?
Anyone can apply! If you are not currently employed by BSUH, you will need to attend an interview before joining the bank. If you are a BSUH employee, please talk to your line manager about joining the bank.
All staffing groups can join, including doctors, nurses, midwives, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, administrative, clerical and management staff, so there really is something for everyone.
