Workability West Sussex – Impact Initiatives

Impact Initiatives is a Sussex charity that has been running for more than 35 years. We work with other charities, not-for-profit organisations and private and public funders to set up and manage projects and services that support local people of all ages.

Our services are extremely varied and support children, families, young people, adults and older people. They are developed where a gap in existing services has been identified and help Sussex people live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Supported Employment West Sussex (SEWS) is a new service operated by Impact Workability and the Aldingbourne Trust’s WorkAid. The scheme aims to match adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disability, sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury, or those who are carers, with suitable work placements and includes help for employers to get the most from their valuable and productive new employee.
