It is a mental health facility specialising in the provision of services relating to assessment or medical treatment for persons detained under the 1983 act, caring for adults under 65 yrs, caring for people whose rights are restricted under the mental health act, diagnostic and screening procedures, eating disorders, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, substance misuse problems and treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Our crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHTs) are designed to provide safe and effective care in your own home if you experience a mental health crisis and would otherwise need to be admitted to hospital.
