The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service – is part of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
The service is designed to triage, assess and provide the primary management of musculoskeletal conditions with referral on to clinical specialties for enhanced clinical decision making and surgical management.
The MSK service is a single point of access for the populations it serves. Referrals are triaged to check red flags have not been inappropriately referred and rapidly screened to ensure patients are seen by the best practitioner for their condition.
