One Call North is a single point of access for all referrals to North Locality Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust Community Teams (excluding specialist services). They provide:
24 hour access, 365 days a year for all Sussex Community Foundation Trust Community Teams.
Access to One Team North, Admission Avoidance Teams, Clinical Assessment Unit at Crawley Hospital, Paramedic Practitioners, Community Nursing Teams, Intermediate Care Teams, Community Physiotherapists, Overnight Nursing Service, Nightsitting Service and Community Beds.
Access to Community Beds at Crawley Hospital, Kleinwort Centre and Horsham Hospital.
Signposting to healthcare related services not provided bySussex Community Foundation Trust.
Coverage area: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Ditchling, East Grinstead, Hassocks, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Hurstpierpoint.
