October is Black History Month. This national celebration aims to promote and celebrate Black contributions to British society, and to foster an understanding of Black history.

A broad range of activities and events are taking place in October to celebrate Black History Month. The campaign theme for Black History Month 2022 is Time for Change: Action Not Words
