We’re delighted to announce that we have appointed Rachel Playforth, our former Knowledge Management Librarian, to the role of Senior Knowledge Management Librarian. Here is what she has to say on her new role:
“Our former Senior Knowledge Management Librarian Elaine is an incredibly hard act to follow! I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside her for the last seven years and have hopefully absorbed at least some of her extensive wisdom and expertise, as well as getting to know all the wonderful teams who use and contribute to KnowledgeShare across the country.
“I’m looking forward to my new role and to overseeing some exciting developments to KnowledgeShare in the coming months. Our small but mighty team currently supports the provision of evidence services at over 100 NHS knowledge and library services in England and Wales, and like healthcare evidence itself, it never stands still!”
