Uplifting resources for the NHS from the NHS

Health Education England and the Reading Agency have crowd-sourced a list of uplifting resources for NHS staff. They were all recommended by colleagues in the NHS, and are ideal for boosting your mood.

Apps, videos, podcasts and other online content to help you with self-care and wellbeing are available at https://library.nhs.uk/nhs-staff-and-learners/uplifting-resources/
