The Brighton Marathon is returning on Sunday 12 September 2021. One of our Clinical Librarians Lucy Sinclair will be joining the Volunteer team as a non-clinical volunteer.
Lucy supports General Surgery and Digestive Diseases, Urology, Acute and Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Trauma and Orthopaedics with attendance at clinical meetings, delivering information skills teaching and providing evidence to inform patient care and service development (including some evidence search reports on marathon and sports medicine).
As a keen runner (though not marathon level) Lucy is looking forward to volunteering at the event.
