HDAS saved searches deletion

HDAS, the Healthcare Databases Advanced Search is changing the way it manages users’ saved search results. It has built up a large amount of saved data and that has a potential impact on performance.

From 1st August 2019 HDAS will start to automatically delete any saved results that are more than 2 years old. Users are asked to review their saved search strategies and saved results that go with them and delete the results that are not needed any more, or export those that are. The deadline for this is 31st of July. Please note that this applies to saved results only. Saved search strategies are unaffected.

Results that have to be kept for longer can be exported in one of the file formats available (Word, PDF, Excel or RIS).
