Explore the heritage of the Royal Sussex County Hospital

See the history of the Royal Sussex County Hospital come to life at The Crucible website – https://thecrucible.org.uk/

The Crucible is a local heritage and arts project bringing together the history and legacy of the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

It consists of stories and records of the RSCH buildings and communities since 1828 and includes archival documents, photographs, oral histories and a newly commissioned piece of artwork exploring the hospital’s history.

The project team, including the LKS, was led by Nimbus and is part of the public arts programme for the redevelopment of the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
