        Evidence-Based Clinical Summaries


        • BMJ Best Practice  This combines the latest research evidence, guidelines and expert opinion. Regularly updated, it draws on the latest evidence based research to offer step-by-step guidance on diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention. Link to the app.
        • UpToDate Anywhere  An evidence-based clinical decision support resource to support decisions at the point of care. Register for a personal account via BSUH Intranet. Link to the app.

        Exam Preparation and Clinical Skills


        We provide access to various online exam resources, including BMJ OnExamination and PassMedicine.

          Evidence Searching


          We provide evidence to answer questions about patient care, service improvement, research and clinical teaching. Recent searches for Trauma and Orthopaedics include:
