If you are a patient or visitor to the Royal Sussex Hospital, then please support us by filling in a short (2 minute) survey about wayfinding on the Royal Sussex County Hospital site to help feedback to the 3Ts Hospital Redevelopment programme. This survey will be reapplied after the new 3Ts Hospital opens to see if wayfinding has improved or needs to improve.

The survey is very short. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions and don’t worry if you only know about one specific part of the building, or have not visited the hospital many times. We are interested in you, and your views, as an individual. Please reply whether your views are positive or negative. We need a range of experiences and views.
The survey is being carried out by independent evaluators Annabel Jackson Associates Ltd as part of the public art project of the 3Ts development of the site. All of the information you provide is anonymous and will be treated in the strictest confidence. You won’t be personally identified from any of your responses. The hospital will only receive the aggregated and anonymous results from this survey.
The deadline for responses is August 30th 2019.
