Emerge is a creative project for staff in departments affected by the transition into 3TS. Brighton- based ONCA will develop creative activities for staff, to support wellbeing in this time of change.
ONCA will develop activities in dialogue with staff, listening to what they need and offering creative opportunities in response to their comments.
As an arts organisation specialising in supporting the wellbeing of people and places by increasing awareness of, and engagement with, environmental and social challenges, ONCA’s work for the programme will aim to alleviate any stress and uncertainty which maybe caused by the hospital move. Over the next 3 years, artists from ONCA will listen to staff and then offer them creative participation to support their wellbeing during this time of change.
