Evaluation Opportunity

Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for a consultant to evaluate its Art and Wayfinding programme as part of CONNECT.

The arts, including music, dance, theatre, visual arts and writing, are increasingly recognised as having the potential to support health and wellbeing.

However, in order for the arts to be included in commissioning of health and social care services, there must be robust evidence of their effectiveness, impacts and costs.

Evaluation Brief

A robust and credible evaluation of the CONNECT Arts & Wayfinding programme will help project stakeholders understand whether it has been a success.

It will also support the Trust to assess and articulate the value of the arts programme.

We have decided to evaluate one important aspect of CONNECT in depth, to generate data and understanding which will be of real benefit to project stakeholders and the wider sector in the future.

The art and wayfinding project is key to helping patients, visitors and staff navigate the hospital with ease, making their visit less stressful.

We are looking for a quality evaluation partner/consultant to join our team to deliver this interesting project.

Dates:

The deadline for applications is Friday 23rd June 2017

Interviews will be held on Monday 10th July 2017
