More than a thousand supporters have now helped us raise more than £50,000 on our main Covid-19 campaign fundraising page.
The ‘Help BSUH Hospitals’ campaign was set up to give the community a way to express their gratitude for the dedication and kindness of staff at our four hospitals.
In addition to our main page, fundraising pages set up by individuals and off line activity is raising have raised even more donations for the campaign.

We are so grateful to genuinely moved by all the kind words and expressions of support for BSUH NHS staff during this unprecedented time.
We are truly in awe at the great bunch of imaginative fundraisers and donors who have done so much over the past month.
Fabulous Fundraising
Communities have come together to show their appreciation for the staff at our hospitals in a variety of ways.

Football community’s Run 5k4NHS campaign
The lockdown and social distancing proving no barrier to fun and a united sense of purpose to thank and support local NHS workers.
From families taking on hairdressing roles, to footballers running 5k, a Balcombe Village quiz, Fiveways virtual street festival, and online singing lessons. It’s fair to say that your donations have come from a wide variety of sources and events.
The campaign has benefited from profits from a burger business, a golf challenge, a virtual pet show, an 8 hour DJ challenge, a team of U11’s shaving their heads (thank you West Hove Dynamos) and so, so, so much more.
What an amazing response, what a fabulous bunch of fundraisers!!
