Ho ho ho!
With two months to go to Christmas Day 2019 we are launching our Spreading Christmas Smiles Campaign.
Get into the Christmas spirit and invite your colleagues, friends and family to join you. Why not have some fun and raise a little bit of money to help improve the experience of BSUH patients.
Money raised during our Spread Christmas Smiles Appeal will bring Christmas to patients and staff who are in hospital on the 25th December. For example, patients will receive mince pies and staff will be provided with Christmas lunch.
How to get involved
There are lots of ways to get involved, here are some suggestions:
- Instead of sending Christmas Cards, make a donation to BSUH Charity. You can send an e-card through JustGiving in lieu of paper cards.
- Fundraise for us at your Community Choir Festive Concert
- Hold a bric-a-brac to help folks complete their Christmas Shopping and donate the proceeds to BSUH Charity
- Suggest your child’s school raise money to help children in hospital at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital during Christmas
Christmas Jumper Day: 6 December
Combine the fun of a Christmas jumper with supporting your local hospitals and host a Christmas Jumper Day.
Invite colleagues or friends at your office, social club or church gathering to join in on Friday 6 December. We recommend a £1 donation from everyone taking part.
