This Sunday saw another fantastic Brighton Marathon weave its way along the Sussex seafront.
Thousands of runners taking part were raising funds for charities, including five amazing people running for BSUH Charity.
We’re really grateful to Libby, Charlotte, Philip, Kirsty and Matthew, who between them raised more than £2,000 to make things better for patients. Fantastic work and really going the extra mile!
A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored them and made a donation. Our supporters help us make a difference for patients through improving environments, state-of-the-art equipment, staff development, and innovative research.
“The event takes place on the doorstep of our Brighton hospitals and our Charity’s office,” said Director of BSUH Charity Sarah Tasker. “It was truly inspirational to watch all the runners going by, especially as so many of them have incredible personal stories and reasons for taking in the challenge.
“Team BSUH Charity runners were brilliant this year and I’d like to thank them and everyone who helped them to raise so much for our patients.”
