For staff: Start your Patient First journey

We launched Patient First to Trust leaders on 28 September 2017 at an event in Brighton attended by more than 70 senior managers from a wide wide range of departments. Here are some of their first impressions:

All staff are encouraged to try to attend one of the sessions. We will be adding more sessions the new year.
