Between February and March 2011 the Library and Knowledge Service (LKS) conducted a survey to provide insight into usage of and satisfaction with the libraries at the Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH), Princess Royal Hospital (PRH), Mill View Hospital (MVH) and the virtual library service. The survey sought the views of both users and non-users of the LKS.
