Disability Equality

Disability is an umbrella term that covers many different conditions or illnesses that cover:

  • Physical Impairment

  • Long Term Illnesses

  • Mental Health Issues

  • Learning Disabilities/Difficulties

  • Sensory

  • Or any combination of the above

Under disability legislation rights of those with disabilities are protected in areas of employment, vocational training, provision of goods, facilities and services and access to public transport.
