All internally produced patient information has been awarded the CPIG logo. They are searchable and are available to print. The information is for guidance purposes and not intended to replace professional clinical advice.
Further patient information is available on the Library Services pages. The Trust is grateful to those organisations who have permitted access to their literature.
Carer and Patient Information Group (CPIG)
CPIG is chaired by The Director of Communication and comprises a cross-section of staff, patient representatives and volunteers. Members ratify all patient information, according to the Trust’s robust ratification process, to ensure it is of high quality and meets the needs of patients and carers. Approved information is then awarded the CPIG trustmark.
