The Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre is part of the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust. It is situated on the Princess Royal Hospital site in Haywards Heath.

Our purpose is to provide you with high quality orthopaedic specialist care and treatment, while increasing choice and reducing waiting times.
Visiting times: 3.00pm - 5.00pm and 7.00pm - 8.00pm every day

The Centre has the following facilities:

Four operating theatres, three with laminar flow and one day surgery theatre

What we offer:
We carry out a range of procedures including:

Hip and knee replacements, both primary and bilateral

Hip and knee revisions

Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

Arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, ankle and wrist

Spinal surgery, both lumbar and cervical surgery

Minor and intermediate hand and foot procedures - e.g. removal of metalwork, carpal tunnel release, foot fusion and joint replacement for fingers, elbows and wrists
