A new unit for breast care services opened in November 2008 at The Park Centre opposite Brighton’s Preston Park. Fitted with the latest mammography equipment, it is the first centre in the UK to offer this level of technology and all outpatient services under one roof.
Located in a modern building overlooking the park, the centre is fitted with the Siemen’s MammoTest prone table – something women used to have to travel to hospitals out of Sussex for.

177 Preston Road is situated opposite Preston Park on the A23 which is the main route in and out of Brighton.
Parking facilities at 177 Preston Road:
There is limited public parking from Monday to Friday. There is a drop off point half way along the north side of the building with direct access to the main lobby and lift.
At the front of the building there is limited disabled parking with access to the lower ground floor and lift.
There is no immediate on-street parking. A Travelodge hotel is 3 buildings along with public parking (see above table for charges). On the east side of the park is free on-street parking.
