Overview of service provided
A Monday to Thursday patient service which operates during the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm. Other times by appointment.
Types of therapy on offer
Counselling and therapy for psychological and emotional issues, with a renal focus.
Facilities and amenities
Normally based in the unit in Brighton. Outreach occasionally possible where indicated.
Mission / Philosophy of care/ aims
To provide a Renal counselling and therapy service for all patients and their families, at any stage of kidney disease and treatment. Available for anyone who attends the Sussex Kidney Unit or the satellite units in Bexhill, Worthing and Crawley.
