Brief Overview

The Discharge Team provide support and advice to staff, patients and their families for the management of safe and timely discharge home or to further care settings. The department work closely with other members of the multidiscipliary team.

Services are run from both the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton and the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
