The Rules of Procedure describe the corporate governance arrangements within BSUH. They replace in their entirety the Rules of Procedure adopted by the Board in October 2010 and should be read in conjunction with the Standing Orders, Standing Financial Instructions and Schemes of Reservation and Delegation, which describe in detail the roles, responsibilities and procedural requirements of the Board of Directors.
